Another year with our amazingly talented Executive Chef at the helm.

Today also marks the final week of @Adam_Hall89 in the Flying Fish kitchen. After being part of the family over a period that has spanned 14 years, it is bittersweet to say goodbye. But we have been so fortunate to witness his magic day in and day out while also being a formidable leader and inspiration to the team, past and present.
