The Wine Room, cleverly concealed behind frosted-glass walls, features an impressive floor-to-ceiling working wine cellar and a striking custom-made glass pendant sculpture, filtering warm light into the space.
The Raw Bar is the place to sit, relax and enjoy Sydney’s finest sushi and sashimi cuts with a side of beautiful harbour views. Sushi and sashimi masterclasses are also available, the perfect way to spend an afternoon learning how to prepare sushi and sashimi, tasting your own creations while enjoying some bubbly.
